Challenges encountered by our Clients

Our client had insufficient technical solutions for energy and utility losses as they operate no. of refineries, power plants, and petrochemical plants.

We, TISE consultant have provided a comprehensive solution to minimise energy losses for oil and Gas plant operation considering the following procedures and processes.
• Site Analysis: We, TISE consultant have analysed the project's viability, considering various factors like regulations, operating conditions, and power demand including potential constraints and opportunities.
• Detailed Analysis of losses: We, TISE consultant have analyzed a detail drawings and specifications that comply with international standards and client specifications, operation, and maintenance policies. Quantify the asset's full potential by conducting a detailed review of power consumption.
• Operations and Maintenance Review: We, TISE consultant analysed in detail a review of corrective and preventive maintenance, frequency, action taken by clients, technical interviews with operators, expert judgment, etc. to develop an energy audit and utility losses for each plant to ensure real-time losses and improve the power utilization.
• Built KPI: We, TISE consultant have provided a solution to implement a key performance management process to provide visibility and context on various Energy and Utility losses, power factor improvement, and financial impact per categories.

Result, observation and Conclusion:

As part of the project Scope, We TISE consultant aim to minimize the losses for the long term instead of the short term and we have provided various solutions including a cost reduction for operation, and minimize energy and utility losses. One of the solutions was to implement a production and energy loss accounting system.
