Procurement is a critical element in project implementation and unless carried out efficiently and promptly, the full benefits of the project cannot be realized. Poor procurement leads to project delays, cost overruns, complaints by bidders, and affects creditability of the associated projects. TISE Consultancy responsibility for the execution of the project and for the awards and administration of the Contracts under each project.
